The following is a true story about angelic helpers.     “Blessed” is the word used to describe the experience of knowing the presence of angels among us—deities, parts of the divine whole, protecting, urging and assisting in whatever ways we allow. No doubt the light beings I refer to as angles had their hand in saving my life and the life of my eight year old son four winters ago. That particular winter holiday found my family shattered. Devastation had descended upon us in the form of separation and impending divorce. To help ease the pain we made a trip to Sacramento California. We spent the holiday surrounded by the loving support of my big Italian family.     As I planned the drive home I was suddenly bothered by fearful thoughts. Hello Fellow Travelers, Because of a crazy day called "black Friday" here in the US, when consumers are urged to spend and buy and well...consume, after a day of consuming~  I am compelled to offer this alternative. A new tradition so to speak. White Friday.  It is a day to be in gratitude for yourself and the bright light that you are. No matter what state your inner light seems to be at this time~ Shining bright, a bit flat, bulbs burned out, you are to be in gratitude for yourself, the beautiful soul/spirit/human creation that you are. Be in gratitude and thank yourself that you made it through another day, another year to be right here and now, reading this. No matter what state of health and well being you are in financially , emotionally, spiritually, you have made some sort of positive change. Congratulate yourself for that on White Friday.
