Hello Fellow Travelers, In deep gratitude for the outpouring of love, prayers and support. The love is pouring in and my family is experiencing a continuous circle of powerful healing. I am in deep gratitude to all of you.  Hug, Cry, Laugh and say I LOVE YOU often, repeat daily. This is the medicine we are adhering to. Each day is an opportity to grow the seeds of love that you may not even be aware of. The seeds are there and it is your duty to nurture and nourish the love that is alive in your life. Pass it on. Hello Fellow Travelers,  Sending out messages to you over the years is my way to widen the circle of love and light on this planet. I feel every one of you and  your light. It is at this time, I ask you all, in your own way to hold me and my family in your prayers. My youngest son passed on Friday, suddenly and unexpectedly. I share this news with you because we share life on this planet through our connection, however it may have come to be over the years.   Sharing life as a sacred process is my message. Loving each other, in good times, through the tragedies and confusions and in the celebrations and joys is unquestionably the way to live. Here we are on the other side of the year 2106 and into a brand new year. I feel the pull to create anew. I also feel the pull of staying in a sacred, restful place for awhile. No rush, no hurry, when the time is right, the new will be revealed.  After a year like 2016, (or after any stressful time) it is wise to allow ourselves re-covery time. It is wise to allow ourselves to rest, re-group, re-generate and re-establish our own inner center and equanimity. We are all affected in varying degrees by the high paced, quick as lightening, times we inhabit. It is positive in so many ways to be able to connect and travel and receive information downloads instantly, repeatedly and abundantly.
