Dearest Fellow Travelers, As this decade closes and the new one begins, I have been called by my ever persistent soul to share my gratitude and appreciation. As I wrote in my previous Energy Medicine Update blog, it is time to create space by reviewing the past decade. This is an incredibly difficult task for me, yet I stand here at the ready, with pen and computer at hand, with my candles and incense and carved out quiet time, to do what I recommend you all do. Hello Fellow Travelers, Energy Medicine Update for the last few days of December is here. It has been a bit difficult to wrangle in this energy. It has been difficult to sit still and listen, and that is exactly why this message needs to be heard. Here is why- We are collectively ready to complete a cycle of self-doubt and low self-worth. Growth is cyclical. We all grow, bloom, shed and release, only to do it all over again. The completion of this last decade is a shedding of that which is not useful in the next process we are entering into.
