Self Care tip of the week: Tenderness

Image
Dearest Fellow Travelers, Self-Care tip of the week is an important ingredient in making lasting change, getting through this stretch on your path, and ensuring a healthy future. Tenderness. The art of Self-care requires daily doses of tenderness. Tenderness expressed outwards, gives way to the deep and lasting shifts that are occurring within. Tenderness expressed towards Self, in all ways, creates room for the rush of the waters of re-birth, opens stretches of possibility and releases the past like no-other medicine. Self-care is caring for all aspects of your life and all aspects of your being. Self-care requires lavish amounts of tenderness in thought and deed. Self Care through Timely Action

Dearest Fellow Travelers,  Middle of the week energy update for all of you who are devoted to making this world a better place. Change is in the trees, the flowers and our gardens. Change is a slow and steady stream of love and it is heading your way. Something really, really good is right in front of you. Take part, take charge and take advantage of the change of total goodness that is arriving for you. Change can be a way to self care. Expecting the best from the changes to come is good self care. Using change as an agent to bring a deeper level of self care is wise.  As the season changes from ever growing summer to the release of fall, how might you use this time to honor the changes occurring in your life? Letting the ripe fruit of your life, fall gently from it's place and nourish you, is a way to honor change and use it for self care. Letting change nurture you and guide you is self care. Following the natural rhythms o...
