Hello Fellow Travelers, I have returned home after a journey on the road. This writing is long, but the first of a series of Heart Inspired Travels. Enjoy! Driving from my home in Colorado to my daughter's home outside Washington DC, I had the privilege to experience the energy of Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia,The District of Columbia,  Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Iowa, Nebraska and finally back home to Colorado. My traveling companion (lovely daughter-in-law) and I could feel the subtle shifts in the energy of each state we passed through during our drive. We commented on how the states "seemed" to us, all the while enjoying the freedom that driving through the vast open wide countryside gave us. Hello Fellow Travelers, There is great support at this time for expansion in terms of personal and spiritual growth. The Expansion of Self into new ways of being, seeing, hearing and feeling require that we go past the pain, drama and fear. It requires we keep opening, growing and flowing, past the past boundaries that we put around our hearts and souls. Past the old stories that we created in order to assist us in making sense of our world when it was not necessarily supportive of us. We are called to go past anything and everything that feels like blame, shame or regret. Going past does not mean ignoring or not feeling. Going past is how I describe expansion.
