Hello Fellow Travelers,  Happy October! A new month has begun.  Life is a series of beginnings and endings and lately it seems as if nothing is staying the same. This gives me the inspiration for this weeks message.  In this fast paced, ever changing - upgrades at every turn- world, how often do we pay homage, or even notice that which remains constant? This week is a perfect time to reflect on that question and take notice of the long standing, steady and guaranteed.  In a fast paced, charged, anxious, loud, driven, bigger, better, winner/loser based world, we often are cast into a false reality that praises the new, upgraded and furiously quick.
