Step into the day with love in your heart. But first, let us activate the love in your heart before you step into the day. Activating the love in your heart is easy. It matters not what is going on around you, what events or energies are activated outside of you.  You are responsible for your own heart. You are responsible to activate and keep activating your heart. Energetically speaking, this one simple activity will assist you in having a very different day. Hello Fellow Travelers, While love is the substance of life, it is highly recommended that we take time to cultivate it. It is all too easy to get swept up in all that is "not love". This week is Kindness Week. Kindness cultivates love. It is the perfect environment for love to grow. It is the perfect environment for "not love" to wither, crumble and get swept away. Kindness is the healing balm for all the affects of "not love". Kindness is the fuel for love. This week, I challenge you to turn up the heat and turn on the lights of kindness. Start with yourself. Hell o Fellow Travelers, I feel your love and support and am so very grateful! Some of you I know and see often, some of you I barely know, have never met, or have yet to meet! I am so honored to have all of you giving out such love vibes. I feel it each day. I am being healed, held, and nourished in the arms of the Divine. I am re-establishing myself after a devastating loss and extreme heart opening experience. I am both profoundly sad and extremely joyful, and everywhere in between. The saddness of course comes from the physical loss of my child. His light and love were a bright source for so many in his short incarnation. The extreme, and profound joy comes from my faith and knowing that his light and love live on. For me, this is not said lightly.
