  Hello Fellow Travelers, What a healing time this is. Never before have we had this opportunity for personal and collective healing, shedding, releasing and expansion. What would take lifetimes is now available in one lifetime. This is both intimidating and a relief. I for one am desiring of a big hug from the Goddess. A hug from the Mother who says... "all is well, you are doing fine, I know it is hard, but you are doing so well." I offer you all such sentiments. We all need them right now. I offer you all the moments of rest and restoration that come at the insistence of the most powerful mother/grandmother that you have ever known. You know, the one you would never consider arguing with? The healing of this planet will happen. It is happening. The healing of your broken heart and soul will happen. It is happening. The moment we suffer, we are offered some form of care. Look for it. I send it to you. The Goddess herself is holding you. She is holding us all as we flounder ...

  Shedding the old ways that lead to suffering, is not easy. The guardian card - Our Lady of Starting Over- is here to give us courage to do what we must to drop the shame, blame, criticism and judgments. Those we hold again ourselves and others poison whatever it touches and leads to more harm. Grieve what you must. All grieving is healing and clears the way for the new. Grieving is honoring. To realize where we can change and grow and offer compassion and kindness to ourselves comes first. How are you valuing yourself? How do you care for yourself? Find ways to do this and then care, honor and value your fellow human, the Mother Earth and all of life. Over and over. It’s not easy to do this I a world where polarization is eating away at our sanity. It is our responsibility to tend to the suffering and to offer our hearts, minds and spirits the courage to heal, to not hurt back those who have hurt us but to live our lives in a new way. Hello Fellow Travelers, I won't ask how you are. Or maybe I will, but you surely don't have to figure out how to give words to all that you may be feeling right now. In the course of a day, we can be bombarded with a great variety of feelings. Now is not the time to judge or criticize yourself in any way. Whatever you are feeling has validity. Now is not the time to compare yourself with where others are, or what they are saying, or doing. Whatever you are thinking or wanting to do with your time is valid. Please use as needed and share with others who may also need a good dose of calm.  It is so important that we do what we can for selves and each other to find calm and return to calm during this time. Seek out those who may need your calm, return to calm as often as possible, and give yourself lots of mental/emotional/spiritual breaks during the day. This is a time for deep healing. Panic is triggering to each and every one of us. Lots is going on. We know it. I don't have to tell you this. Deep healing means we don't deny or suppress our feelings of fear, panic or distress.
