Hello Fellow Travelers, This time of year, the end of a calendar year, winter, for many of us, is a sacred and holy time. Each day can be a sacred and holy time, yet there is something about this time that calls us to go inward and connect to our inner sacred and holy place. I believe it to be the outer darkness, the slow movement and the stillness that is the animal and plant kingdoms time of rest. Nature is all around us, and within us, and we are being beckoned to follow it's call. What is holy and sacred about going within? It is where you meet your heart and soul and your true longings. It is where outer longings are soothed and you connect with the everlasting stillness that is your Soul. Your inner wisdom, lives within. Your Soul and Heart speak to you from within. Within you is a perfect light, an essence so strong and holy that it follows you from lifetime to lifetime. It is your eternal flame. Hello Fellow Travelers, Let's find our voices, shall we? There is so very much noise going on outside in the world, that is is sometimes hard to find our own voice. This is a time when we are privy to instant information about everything under the sun and opinions about it all, too. Millions of people, spreading information and a split second for us to receive it. Let's find our boundaries, shall we? Finding our voices require we go within, be in silence for awhile, listen for our inner voice first. What does he/she sound like? What is he/she saying? How can we know what it is we truly think, feel or need if we can't hear, or do not take the most important time-out to listen to our inner voice. Let's take time to commune with our soul, shall we? Hello Fellow Travelers, The Moon is Full on Sunday. There is nothing better than to glimpse (and dance) under a full moon in the crisp early December air. This year has been challenging for all. I do take liberty in claiming this to be true. I also take it upon myself to inspire you to keep on going! Take the time to count your blessings and to choose a "higher Love". Choosing a higher love, while all around you seem to be in chaos or panic, or various levels of unraveling, will put you on the high road! Taking the higher road, is the only way to travel! Otherwise, the darkness can and will take over.
