  Hello Fellow Traveler, I have had so many words bubbling up as this last day of 2021 came into view. So many thoughts, trying to find a way to be expressed, formed, and woven into words that would give some meaning to all that was experienced this last 365 days. And the words bring emotion. Big emotion, that still has not fully processed, or at least processed enough so I could continue to walk through the days of 2021. I am not sure I am ready to say goodbye to a year quite yet.   Hello Beautiful Fellow Travelers, My life feels a bit like this photo. I am on a path heading into a Forest of amazing trees. On the path is a mist that gives everything an air of mystery. Is it mystery or is it a heavy fog that holds me down and tells me to slow down at every turn? A few weeks back I wrote about jumping timelines. When we see our past choices or assumptions, actions or guiding thoughts differently, suddenly we find ourselves on a different timeline. No longer are we carrying the same roles and conditions, expectations and judgments and we are able to see our present from a different angle. Then what happens? What I have found is that we need to spend some time getting the lay of the land in this new timeline. I no longer carry the same shield of protection, I no longer have a clear direction for where I wish to go. I have different options based on who I am now. My life has had many big timeline jumps.   Hello Beautiful Fellow Travelers, Energy of the Autumn this year is kind of nostalgic. I can smell the memories. I can taste them and feel them in the air. Quick insights into the past, moments gone by long ago are coming back around. It feels like we are all moving so quickly into a future that no one really understands, and many have opinions about. I choose to take a slower approach. Stopping to ponder the memories. Why that memory? Why that person, or that time in my life? These are all moments that bleed through this timeline I inhabit. Here is why I am looking forward to this moon's energy~ Leo is all about Love. Receiving Love, being Love, and generating Love. Leo is Heart energy. One day many years ago I looked around my own world and saw how much the heart mattered. I could see the disconnect from heart's denied love.   Hello Fellow Travelers, It's that time of year. Sunflower time. These happy gems from Gaia grow tall all over my yard. I need them this year to brighten my day and remind me of the simple pleasures that are miraculous treasures that make life a bit better, no matter what may be happening. Gaia has been bringing me many gifts as reminders over the last few days, feathers from owl, and hawk. A visit from hummingbird, and the hum of the bees as I meditate. What treasures are you given these warm summer days? I want to savor these August days, for summer goes way too fast.   Hello Fellow Travelers, Happy Solstice! More light here in the northern hemisphere. Time to feel the life giving sun shining on our faces, warming our bodies and guiding us from the inside out. In preparation for the Solstice, I was called to do some Spell Casting. So I set about casting spells of love. You have been included in these spells. Lately, as I sit in morning meditation and reflect, contemplate and journal for the day, it seems there is a huge amount of energy that is present. Some of this energy is helping and guiding and some is pulling, pushing and confusing. Are you feeling this too?   Hello Fellow Travelers, This week is a big energy week. The full moon lunar eclipse arrives on Wednesday May 26. The moon will be full at 5:13 am MT at 5 degrees Sagittarius. The cosmos are alive with all kinds of action. A few days ago I wrote about the "post pandemic" energy and the need for radical self care during this time. I will repeat this message. Along with whatever else you are doing, and there is a lot of action energy under this full moon, remember to take time to center yourself, and take moments of self care. In fact, activities that you usually wouldn't think of as self care, are going to get you through these next few weeks.
