Heart of Gaia

Hello Fellow Travelers,  Being inspired to live a life true to your heart and soul is not an easy task. It requires many, many NO's. It requires, the Holy NO. Now, I don't like no's. A'fterall no's are negative and I love the positive in life. Don't we all?  And, yes, we need the negative as well as the positive. Balance, yin/yang, in-put, out-put, positive and negative ions...Life is full of yes/no, positive, negative. Yet, it occured to me that many of the the No's, I have painstakenly uttered are truly Holy.  Holy No's are different. There is not necessarily a balance with Holy No's.  It is a direct and constant NO. Holy No's are sometimes easy to say and sometimes not. They are the No's we must utter or shout out to ourselves, others and the world.  The Holy No, is found in the deepest recesses of our being.  It is the cultivated No. Cultivated by our Spirit and Essence in communion with our human self.  The Holy No, ...

Medicine for the body, mind and soul. We are all traveling at a rapid speed right now. Energy is moving, space is opening, issues are clearing, our bodies and minds are aligning with our hearts and souls. Whatsoever has your attention right now will be soothed, moved along, enjoyed, and in some way better when you apply the essence of blessings. Blessings are occurrences that have a spiritual or magical quality. Blessings can be a person, place or thing that has that special, perhaps unseen at first glance, gift of brilliance. Blessings illuminate what was hidden in your heart into a transformative moment in time. Blessings are seen everywhere when you give yourself the gift of a slight change in perspective. Everyday occurances, seen from a slightly different perspective suddenly become blessings. How can you get this change in perspective? Hello Fellow Travelers,  This writing is an expansion on the Summer of Love Reading from Sunday 7.24.  The morning glory blooms in the morning, then hides away in the summer heat, resting all day and night until the rising sun wakes it up and once again it shines in all its glory. They are a true delight to see.  What it took to see this flower blooming today inspired the message for the week.  We decide we want something; an experience, a career, education, wealth, a relationship, a beautiful garden or travel. We decide we would like to experience joy, love, adventure, delight, health, bliss, peace, fulfillment, confidence, a releif from pain or suffering. The list is endless. Desire and want is a healthy part of life! We then go about acquiring that something. The ways we do so are varied and unique to us.  We may have to find a place to plant the desire.
