Expansion!
Hello Fellow Travelers,
There is great support at this time for expansion in terms of personal and spiritual growth.
The Expansion of Self into new ways of being, seeing, hearing and feeling require that we go past the pain, drama and fear. It requires we keep opening, growing and flowing, past the past boundaries that we put around our hearts and souls. Past the old stories that we created in order to assist us in making sense of our world when it was not necessarily supportive of us. We are called to go past anything and everything that feels like blame, shame or regret.
Going past does not mean ignoring or not feeling. Going past is how I describe expansion. Take a moment to feel your own expansion now~Bring yourself into your center and focus on your heart.
See your heart light shining like a beam of pure light that envelopes your physical heart. Then see and feel this light, your light, expanding outward and filling your whole being, expanding even more, your heart light fills your aura and continues outward. Notice when you start to feel the fear or constriction start. Notice when you feel the past memories activating in your body that may be telling you to stop expanding. Simply notice. Then expand some more. Take some deep breaths as you stand within the light of your heart. Get acquainted with this energy. It is the new sacred heart energy and the territory of the collective heart. Notice how neutral it feels, how peaceful and still.
We are heading to new territory, new lands that are both created and fueled by the energy of the heart. It is never before explored territory and thus we can become frightened and contract even when we really are committed to our personal and spiritual unfolding. So what is the support that we can rely on at this time.
The support is the expansion itself and the energy generated as your heart opens. The answer is to keep expanding and know that as you do you are strengthening your heart and you are always safe in your heart and wholeness.
The new territory of life created by our heart energy is a step into the unknown and a leap into the void. Remember we are all in this together and as we leap, let us imagine that our spirit friends and family are leaping with us!
