The Sacred Art of Falling Apart

 Hello Fellow Travelers,
The Sacred Art of Falling Apart...also known as letting go, releasing, breaking open, breaking down or breaking free. We may call it by many catchy soul stirring names and it is indeed an art, and you are the artist!
There is no skill required, in fact skill may block you from accessing this most sacred form of healing. The only requirement is a willingness to break ground on a new adventure that is wanting to find its way up and out of your most deepest recesses.
Thus a falling apart, is necessary, for it is the letting go of that which hinders your connection to YOU. A necessary juncture on this journey of life, if indeed you are on a sacredly inspired journey. 
The "falling" part is scary. It requires faith and trust that something will catch you or soften your fall.
Something will.
The "apart" part is also scary. It requires faith and trust that your raw and tender heart will not be trampled upon. 
It may be.
And yet, for you who live a sacredly inspired life, and are alchemists of your Authentic self, you must break apart and break open, freeing that which wants to express itself in a world where there is nothing more needed than true authentic human beings, expressing their love, joy, sorrow and pain along with their own unique offerings in a most humbling, compassionate and loving way.
This is true and lasting healing for yourself and for our planet.
The falling apart is an art performed from your soul, as an expression of self love and compassion. It allows for the seeing, feeling and honoring of all that which is true for you. Really true, deeply true. It is performed so that your Authentic Self has room to breath, to grow, to expand. Thus the magical process of transformation and creation known as alchemy begins.
And from surrendering into the art of falling apart, you are reborn. 
Reborn in tenderness and love, self compassion, self acceptance and kindness. This is indeed the most potent and powerful process alive within your life today.
Something is wanting to fall apart today. Listen. Let it and let the alchemy begin!
Remember you are an artist and alchemist and your Soul is the finished piece, just waiting to be revealed.
