"The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quite alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. As long as this exists, and it certainly always will, I know that then there will always be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be. And I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles." Anne Frank form Diary of a Young Girl.

Hello Fellow Travelers,
The best remedy for us at this time, no matter what is occuring in life is to open to the wisdom offered through Nature.
After all, you are Nature. You have a beautiful physical vessel. Your physical vessel was made to hold your Spirit, and your Spirit also holds your physical vessel. It matters not what shape you are in, what your age, or your state of health. You are a perfect Body holding a perfect Spirit and a perfect Spirit is holding you!
Nature can connect us to this truth and also with the Spirit that lives in us and in all things. Nature reminds us that we are much more than we imagined and that we are a part of a much grander scheme. Nature can remind us that we are also connected with many dimensions of life and light. Being in Nature will connect us with these dimensions that are here to fuel us, heal us and inspire us to look beyond the veil of what may seem to be true and into a much more expansive knowing of what is true, right and good about Life.
Such is the wisdom of this writing by Anne Frank, written so very many years ago. It seems as timely now as it must have been for her during some of the darkest days in human history.

This writing has special significance for me. As a young girl, I found her Diary and read it over and over again and this particular passage adorned my very first "inspiration (vision) board", before vision boards a thing!
It soothed me then as it does now.  And I heeded her advice. I went outside, as often as I could, I got houseplants and put them in my bedroom. I played classical music to them when I went to school. They looked great in my bedroom hanging from the ceiling on their macrame hangers. Her words and my actions helped me through some of the darkest days of my life. The healing balm of nature worked its magic on me then as it does now. Let nature work its magic on you.
If you can't go out in nature, bring it inside. However you can.
Take in nature as medicine. Take in the medicine of nature and let it clear your body vessel and your spirit.
Let it help you traverse these times when all around us, the darkness is charging. Take in nature and send out your gratitude, your love and your prayers for peace. With your breath. Easefully, Simply.
Take in nature because it feels good. Be in nature. Let it soothe you. Let nature connect you with the dimensions of Light and Love that are right there. Right here. Right now.
Those of us who gathered under the full moon this week, took the opportunity to take in the transformative, Light of the Moon and used it to clear and charge each one of our chakras. We ran the anxiety and anxious feelings that so many of us are having at this time right through our bodies and into the Mother Earth. The Mother Earth - one big and beautiful body- will take our upset energy, she will take it and transform it for us. Try it. And when the moon wanes, take in the Sun, a Tree, the Wind, the Mountains, the Water. A flower, A Rock. The gifts of Nature are endless.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to know more about how to use the energy of the Moon or any other gift from Nature to help you during these dark and difficult times. Keep it simple, and remember good is all around, and in the words of Anne Frank, "nature brings solace in all troubles." Take her word for it. And mine. And,  I am sure your very own knowing Spirit readily agrees.
The beauty of Nature right here. Love beams in action.

Have a blessed week,
Love, Mary
