the light in your heart

Dear Fellow Travelers,
 So many at this time are changing locations, partnerships, careers, and making deep and lasting internal and external changes. Some of these shifts have been carefully planned out for a long time and were expected, many were not. Upheavals of varying degrees, are being presented in your reality, some welcome, some not. 
Take heart, for most of you are now following some sort of inner compass that is driving you to awaken to the true goals of your heart and soul. Thus you are now" free to move around the cabin".  You are freer than you have ever been to let go of old fears, concerns, situations, people, places, employment and habits that no longer fuel your growing soul and open heart. You are also freer than ever before to open to answers and insights, new opportunities and wonderful experiences. As the heart opens, change increases and we are led to make our lives better.
As you move, shift, change and rearrange, remember that your true home, true north, your grounding and stability is within you. Your true home is your heart. Your true home is the powerful center of love that lives within.
When you are feeling that the changes or shifts, both internal and external are overwhelming or exhausting, please remember to return your awareness to your heart center, take some nourishing breaths and call the energy of love to you. Feel it rise up within you from its home deep within. Feel it surround you and bathe you. Trust that the shifts are being orchestrated by this ever expanding heart and soul of yours!
If you are needing assistance and guidance, ask your heart and listen for the answers. If you are  unclear call on one of your trusted guides, in body or spirit.
Remember that the light that is you, is your home and no matter where you go or who you are with you are always just a moment away from remembering that truth.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? In retrograde, Mercury is standing still for a short spell, it is our cue to think before we speak, step back, or stand firm like bamboo. Think twice and then three times before acting or choosing. Life is Messy I and II

Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
