Hello Fellow Travelers,
I am honored to hold my first ever all day Journaling to the Heart Workshop this coming Saturday October 10 and a Reki Level 1 Training on Sunday October 11. There are two spaces still open in both the day of Journaling and the day of Reiki, so if you are called, join in. 
Journaling and Reiki have been instrumental in assisting me personally on my spiritual path and I am deeply honored to hold the teaching, sharing and healing space for you to delve into your own process and learn, grow, discover and heal and perhaps use these tools to assist you in "being the change" you wish to see.
The world surely does need it right now. No matter what your belief or philosophy about life, love, Spirituality, or politics, this is a time of both deep crisis and deep potential. 
You hold within you the potential to change, little by little, bit by bit, one step at a time and one day at a time. Change an attitude, choose gratitude. 
You hold within you the potential to heal, a broken heart, a past trauma, or sorrow or saddness. 
You hold within you the potential to share. Share a word of kindness, a smile, a laugh, or a hug. 
You hold great potential within you and the world (and you) could use some of your golden light, your radiant sparkle, your genius, your love and your heart. 
So don't be shy this week, don't hold back, give it up, give in, give away...a smile, a hug, a kindness, a little piece of you. In this giving you will change, you will grow, you will heal, you will matter. You do matter!

Reiki Level I
Join in this small and intimate gathering and learn the Usui Method of Natural Healing otherwise known as the healing art of Reiki.
Learn the first level of the Healing Art of Reiki. This level is for those of you wanting to learn to bring through the life force energy for personal healing, assistance in direction, life purpose, better relationships with self and others, spiritual and personal growth and overall well-being. After completing this level, you will be able to give Reiki to animal companions, friends and yourself with confidence and grace. Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? In retrograde, Mercury is standing still for a short spell, it is our cue to think before we speak, step back, or stand firm like bamboo. Think twice and then three times before acting or choosing. Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
