From My heart to Yours

Hello Fellow Travelers,
As always these messages are from my heart to yours. I hold you all up in reverence and respect as I share messages that urge you to grow your soul, see spirit in the everyday and live a sacredly inspired life. A life that seeks to love, honor and have reverence for all of life.  
You and your awakened spirit are so very needed right now. Spread all the love you can in a way that feels right and true to you.
You don't have time to wonder if you are awake, or if you have anything to give. You don't have time anymore to wait around to feel worthy, or capable or able. 
There is a lot of negativity, fear and downright insanity going on right now. 
There is also a lot of positivity, love and people who are stepping outside of there own personal comfort zones and past the insanity right now.
Which vortex will you get sucked into? 
That is truly what it feels like. Take a step this way and get sucked into the mighty vortex of forlorn despair. Take a step that way and get sucked into the vortex of right action, love and devotion to peace and harmony.
Your choice. And you still might feel inadequate, unworthy, upset, incapable, etc.
Both energies are vibrating very strongly right now. I know from the depth of my heart that the vortex of right action which supports love and devotion to peace and harmony has more players, more energy, more force than ever before.
Because more people than ever before are being asked to choose.
And not only choose but live fully present with the results of their choices. And they are. Thus adding to the milions and millions of us who live out loud and on purpose for love, fairness, equality, justice, right action, unity and heart connected action. Thus adding to the millions and milions of human hearts that beat in hopes of a better life, to overcome the adversity that has plagued our human experience for eons. Those of us who can help, must help. Those of us who need help, get to have it. Now.
So look around, see where you can do your part. Make LOVE an action word. Make LOVE real, a real live activity that will assure the changes happen. They are occuring. It is happening. The world is not ending, our hearts are changing and this is what it feels like, looks like. This just got real. 
You matter. 
And if there was ever a time to make your art, share your gifts, be in service, it is now. 
The world needs you. Now. Just as you are. Your love matters. And we all need it. Now. 
Jump into this vortex of helping, healing, love and I will meet you there.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? In retrograde, Mercury is standing still for a short spell, it is our cue to think before we speak, step back, or stand firm like bamboo. Think twice and then three times before acting or choosing. Life is Messy I and II

Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
