Shedding the old ways that lead to suffering, is not easy. The guardian card - Our Lady of Starting Over- is here to give us courage to do what we must to drop the shame, blame, criticism and judgments. Those we hold again ourselves and others poison whatever it touches and leads to more harm. Grieve what you must. All grieving is healing and clears the way for the new. Grieving is honoring. To realize where we can change and grow and offer compassion and kindness to ourselves comes first. How are you valuing yourself? How do you care for yourself?   Hello Fellow Travelers, Many of you are new here to Heart of Gaia, weekly updates and my array of offerings. Each week I send out messages with the intention of inspiring, uplifting, blessing, healing and offering hope. For the next several weeks, I will be sharing the why's and how's of what I offer to assist you in your life. Thank you for being a fellow traveler. These always came at the exact right time and were always helpful The energies of loved ones would show themselves to me for others too. I'd hear or feel loving messages, or sense presences. I was present whe...

What is it that you are looking forward to in your life that may seem like an impossibility?  It may be a much needed conversation, a work related chore or challenge, an illness in a family member or yourself. It may be a creative idea that will lead you to the next grand adventure of your life, it may be a new relationship, either started or just on the horizon. The task may simply be to clean, redecorate, or re-arrange your home, work space or life.  What seems like an impossible, daunting, unimagineable, impossibility in your life right now? It does not have to be a negative thing, it could be the most amazing and exciting thing ever, or the simplest of tasks, yet for some reason at this time it feels like a lot! Be honest with yourself and do not judge whatever it is that is fe...
