Calming Angel Wisdom

Hello Sacredly Inspired Beings of Love and Light,

So much swirling energy. Each time I take a look at the weather reports regarding hurricane activity, (which is not often), I feel like I am on a roller coaster ride, merry-go-round and sea worthy vessel, all at once.

The energy is fierce and intense when we step outside of our own heart space and try and make sense of our world.

The energy is kinder, softer and filled with potential contentment when we try and make sense of our world by going within.

Go within and call upon the Angels of your Heart. Each of us have angels that guard our heart energy and are waiting to help us find the contentment and moments of blissful peace.

May you be blessed with the ever present knowing that no matter what is happening, you are always held in the divine love of your most powerful guides, Your Angels.

May you come home to the realization, over and over again, that you are always loved, always greeted and always held in their everlasting love.

May you take this moment now, to breath deeply and feel their presence. As you inhale, feel the sacred air enter into your body, knowing that it is filled with the golden light of life and love. As you exhale, may you delight in also knowing that it is this same golden light that helps you release all that causes you discomfort or pain. 

You are held. You are loved. Stay within the calm center of your heart, breathe deeply and hang out with your Angels.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? In retrograde, Mercury is standing still for a short spell, it is our cue to think before we speak, step back, or stand firm like bamboo. Think twice and then three times before acting or choosing. Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
