Summer Solstice Energy Update- One week ahead

Summer of 2019 is sure to be a time of inner and outer transformation. So very much movement is occurring. Movement that is subtle can oftentimes be missed. The changes and transformations occurring now are a culmination of the subtle.

The outer distractions and noise, make it seem as if the movement must always be big and bold, yet subtle movement over time is truly big and bold. It is real and transformative. We can't transform much of anything right now with quick and hurried movement. Before taking action, go within and take note of what within you has opened, expanded and become more allowing of Life.

Reactionary action, is best left for real threats. So much outer reactions, based in fear, cloud what is going on beneath the surface. Threatening energies can leave us exhausted.

The threat may have been real. The reactions may have been necessary. Now, for most, it is time to awaken to the subtle and find where the transformation and movement has always been occurring and is now ready to pop, or bloom. Ever so gently.

The subtle energies are growing stronger and have created an inner shift that many have been hoping would happen.

Summer Solstice is a potent time -spanning about a week, in which the Sun is mostly shining on us. Most light. Most daytime. Most opportune time to be able to see where the subtle movements have brought us.

What are the changes or shifts you experience internally? Have the thoughts become kinder, the inner critic a bit less loud?

What are the movements that have brought you to a new awareness of what matters to you? Have you realized yet that this life is YOURS and your time is YOURS and what matters to you is your vision for life?

Take notes and notice. What is the vision that has been subtly brought into your awareness? Now. At this time. This Summer. It's a Bold Summer of action based in compassion and Love, and the subtle changes based in compassion and Love that have been occurring over your lifetime.

The Summer Solstice upper hemisphere, Earth, is exact at 09:54 am mountain time, on Friday June 21, 2019.

Whatever you may be feeling or doing at this time is important work. Look closely at how far you have come, within. Acknowledge your movement towards more love, compassion, acceptance, appreciation and valuing of self. However subtle.

We are all at different vantage points along the continuum of life. We are all here, doing our Soul contracts, learning important things, doing what we do and growing in the most appropriate of ways.

Take your time this Solstice Week and into the post Solstice week. The subtle energies of peace are taking you inward to be sure that you do take your time. Enjoy the ride, or leisurely stroll. No need to hurry through, for you shall be on to the next grand adventure soon enough.

Smell the pleasant blossoms as they show off their summer finery.

May the time we have together on this magnificent planet be spent in the most fulfilling ways.

May you remember Love as the catalyst and movement maker that it is meant to be. May the Love that you remember, be the most unconditional of kinds, holy and sacred, as it is the Essence of what you are made of.

May you be encouraged, and enlightened to take stock in the subtle movement of time, and of life and of the nature of the Spiral. May the Spiral of the Earth's Body, hold you and leave you in awe of its majesty.

May you remember the same awe inspiring majesty that lives within you and behold it each waking hour.

May this create miracles as you express your unique vibration of Love out into the world and feel it return to you ten-fold.
