Heart of Gaia

A potent healing and teaching. How to use the power of the Moon Beams to activate your energetic power. Once activated you are called to use your power in a way that is most efficient. Yes you want your worlds to operate on the premise of Love and connection and wholeness. How do you accomplish this? We have great power to tend to our energy. We have great power to tend to the energy of our creations. We have no power to tend to the energy another, especially not in the way we may believe we do. We really have no say in what others do with the energy of our collective agreements. So time to look at the environments and agreements we have that take our focus and energy. Decide if they are draining or adding to our experience of life. Then take action accordingly. Todays full moon is helping you shine light on the relationships, creations, environments in your life and do some housekeeping. Each one of these comes with specific agreements. Some of which were made long ago, or a...

Hello Fellow Travelers, Welcome to the Full Moon in Leo. Leo has my heart. Leo is the sign of the Heart. Courage, boldness, shining like the Sun. Leo is the Sun. The Sun is the life giving force for our Planet. It gives life, for without the Sun there would be no life on the planet. The Sun grows our food, allows us to breathe, keeps our bodies at the right temperature, and gives fuel. The Sun is the focal point and beginning for all life on the planet. That is the Sun in balance. Too much Sun can burn and destroy or wilt, leaving us parched and thirsty. Not enough Sun can thwart growth, never allowing life to come into being, leaving us weak and fragile. Today's Leo Full Moon is showing you where or how this Sun energy is either in balance or out of balance. For starters, listen in to the meditation above. It will help you return to an inner balance. Then, time for some self-inquiry. (Definitely a Leo trait). Astrologically speaking we all have Leo in our chart and this Full Moo...

Hello Fellow Travelers, Welcome in the week of February 15. We are riding on the energy of the Valentine's day Love. The two videos are below. They contain an energy medicine update and a potent guided meditation. The energy of this week is one of discovery. Where within us, or right under our noses is our greatest potential? The videos I put out along with today's Honest Goddess Radio Show provide some direction, guidance and wisdom. This week Mercury will go out of retrograde (February 20) so you might feel some forward movement. Be sure to continue to pay attention to what has been revealed to you these last weeks. Lots of ideas - lofty and otherwise may have surfaced. Some connections may have been revealed for what they truly are. Not because of any old story of your unworthiness, but perhaps what was revealed was your realization that your dream or vision has changed. What pushed you from within was not what you really want any more. Desires or visions born out of lack ...

Hello Fellow Travelers, What a healing time this is. Never before have we had this opportunity for personal and collective healing, shedding, releasing and expansion. What would take lifetimes is now available in one lifetime. This is both intimidating and a relief. I for one am desiring of a big hug from the Goddess. A hug from the Mother who says... "all is well, you are doing fine, I know it is hard, but you are doing so well." I offer you all such sentiments. We all need them right now. I offer you all the moments of rest and restoration that come at the insistence of the most powerful mother/grandmother that you have ever known. You know, the one you would never consider arguing with? The healing of this planet will happen. It is happening. The healing of your broken heart and soul will happen. It is happening. The moment we suffer, we are offered some form of care. Look for it. I send it to you. The Goddess herself is holding you. She is holding us all as we flounder ...

Shedding the old ways that lead to suffering, is not easy. The guardian card - Our Lady of Starting Over- is here to give us courage to do what we must to drop the shame, blame, criticism and judgments. Those we hold again ourselves and others poison whatever it touches and leads to more harm. Grieve what you must. All grieving is healing and clears the way for the new. Grieving is honoring. To realize where we can change and grow and offer compassion and kindness to ourselves comes first. How are you valuing yourself? How do you care for yourself? Find ways to do this and then care, honor and value your fellow human, the Mother Earth and all of life. Over and over. It’s not easy to do this I a world where polarization is eating away at our sanity. It is our responsibility to tend to the suffering and to offer our hearts, minds and spirits the courage to heal, to not hurt back those who have hurt us but to live our lives in a new way. Start over. Be the first one in your fam...

Hello Fellow Travelers,  As promised, an energy update for Thursday July 16.  The Energy Message is written here, channeled with love from the Divine Feminine Heart.  The High Priestess, The Hermit, Divine Direction, Mountains The Guardian for this energy read is The High Priestess. She is focused and aware of her power to intend, create, shift and transform. The transformations are in the moment. Small, simple, momentary transformation creates long lasting peace of mind and clear choice making.  The High Priestess uses a staff or wand to direct energy in the direction she deems appropriate. We can use tools such as wands. They can be made of natural materials and are a reminder of "where our attention goes, so goes our power". Focusing our intention (attention) and grounding our energy, strengthening our light is of utmost importance. This reading gives us the "how to". Retreat and recharge for optimum health and well being. So much hea...

Meditation for the Eclipse/New Moon/Solstice week Reading below Enjoy! Hello Fellow Travelers, Deep in the portal of the eclipse season 2020, we get a solstice message. We are being watched over by Our Lady of the Abundant Garden. There is more than enough for everyone. The truth is we have enough and it is only when each human is being cared for and cherished that we are all cared for. How does this truth show up in your life? Where are you comparing and competing with another to try and find your piece of the pie? You will never find what you need by comparing yourself to another and coveting another fortune or denying another's misfortune. This is the lie our world has been built upon. Where in you can you find your unique strength and beauty and begin to share this? I’ve been fed this lie about not enough for many years. I’ve struggled and fought against it and those who perpetrate this lie. Comparison has eaten away much life force energy...
