Equinox blessings

Did you enjoy the full moon? It was an intense one. The energy is always intense when it asks us to open to love, expand our awareness and experience of Spirit and step into the energy of Oneness. Remember, you are so supported here on your journey.

My commitment is to consciously be in, add, allow and enjoy, the energy of "kindness". Experiencing kindness each and every day is medicine for this time.  Giving kindness as well as receiving this potent energy changes the world.
This past week truly was a blessed one for me personally, and yes I had immediate experiences with kindness, that greatly enhanced my experience in so many ways. 
I had the honor of being present when my little grandson entered the world. He was born on Wednesday, under the waning moon. This experience was truly one of an open heart, expanded awareness of Spirit and a giant step into the energy of Oneness, and I am so very grateful.
Witnessing his birth, being with my son, daughter in law and grandson was a gift that I will cherish forever. There is so much to say about this experience, yet simply put, we were in the flow of divine love and this powerful love has changed me, once again. Forever.
Within the experience of birth there is a time when there is a deep letting go of what was and an opening to what will be, what is possible, what is next. Transition.  Gone is the safety of what was,  for the power that fuels all of life has called you to move on. 
We are all being asked (or should I say told) to move on now. Out of what is no longer and into what is possible.  Pay attention to how you are being called out of the old and into the new.Where is this transition showing up for you? 
Be patient with yourself, let the days be kind to you so that  you may gently, yet firmly open to love, expand your awareness of spirit and step into the energy of oneness. Life gives you so many opportunities each and every day to do so.
The season is now in transition also. The in between when Summer is no longer and Autumn is coming. If you so feel called, come join in the Autumnal Equinox Gathering. We will gather in sacred circle, do some meditation and you will have the opportunity to be held in the loving arms of Spirit.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness.
