New Year Blessings

It is difficult to write the very last inspirational message for 2014. I have thought about it for awhile now and have even felt pressure and resistance arise. In pursuit of the "perfect inspirational message" for my own self reflection and yours, I have realized something I feel worth sharing with all of you here.
Each and every one of you have traveled far this year. You have done great work, just by being here at this time, showing up, agreeing to be present for yourself and those you love. I am grateful for your continuing commitment to your true self, to your essence and to this planet. In whatever ways you have done this, it is time to thank yourself, rest, relax, celebrate and...
Keep going, keep moving, keep traveling onward and inward, outward and inward again. 
The pursuit of self love and acceptance is a never ending journey. It is full and bright as well as deep and dark. The commitment to our own journey , our personal truth and self reclamation can and will take everything out of us, as well as add everything to us.
It is both the rock and the hard place.
It is also the soft place to land. 
As far as you have traveled already, there is more. The journey is not over yet, for it is beginning again. This time however you are given a gift on this last day of 2014. This gift is a "new perspective" and a "change of heart." It is available to each of you.
At the Solstice Gathering on December 18, I led the group in a meditation process.  As we traveled to the upper world, soaring upon the back of our winged medicine bird, I received the guidance that we were to look back twice.  Each time we looked back upon our lives, our homes, the Mother Earth, we were guided to know that a change in perspective was now available to us. We were also guided to know that without a doubt, this change would reveal itself to us when the time was right.
I offer this gift to you now. A new perspective and change of heart has awakened inside each of you.  With this new sight and change of heart, you will be given the opportunity to see, know and feel something of great value and importance to you personally. Perhaps a difficult situation will be resolved, a new clarity will be available, a miracle will prevail, an understanding will be granted, a softening, a light, something profoundly personal for you is available for you now. Just remain within the energy of your changed heart.  
This is the last of the messages of 2014 and I hope it serves you well. 
As the calendar year comes to a close, a great change continues to rumble. This change has been rumbling for awhile and will continue. It is the rumbling of our collective hearts breaking free from any and all confinements we have placed upon it. It is the rumbling of our collective wings as we soar to never before heights. It is the rumbling of our collective sorrow and grief as it drops to the ground and becomes fertilizer for the new growth that our shedding and release provides. 
This rumbling is both the profound peace that is available as well as all that stands in its way.
And it is the rumbling of your inner sight clearing and hearts opening!

Peace
Our souls long for it, it is the reason for the season, the answer to the human suffering and  to most every prayer.  Peace
It is the foundation of our hearts and the vibration that we aspire to hold within our cells. It is the very essence of our world religions and the message of our most respected leaders and Deities. Peace
Peace is the foundation for Love. 
Love is the foundation for Peace
The message for this day is this~ In order to have peace, you must Be Peace.
As Gandhi said~ "Be the change you wish to see." 
His words live on, inspiring millions. He was a beacon of Peace. As was Jesus, the Christ, Buddha and many others. It is now your turn to Be the Peace you wish to see. Be the Peace in your family, within your circle of friends, with strangers, with your self, with all.
Be the Peace. It is the way to honor this season. Be the Peace.
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy Holiday Season.
May you and yours be blessed with awe-inspiring, heart lifting, soul expanding Peace!

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
