Sacred Boundaries

Hello Fellow Travelers,
This weeks inspirational message is all about YOU, or in other words,  the energy of Self. In order to truly become ONE with others, the Universe, and to experience what it feels like to live in Sacred Service, Joy, Abundance and Connection,  we all must first have a clear sense of Self. Getting to this clear sense of Self is a non-negotiable stage of inner personal and spiritual development. It is however often skipped or overlooked, or thrown out of the arena of spiritual/personal growth because it is thought that being too into your Self is Self-ish. This is not the "arena of spiritual and personal development and growth that I live and work in...
I invite you into the arena of a healthy sense of Self. Come on in and let us sit for awhile within this energy of Self. It is here that we will uncover some new truths.
What is Self? Your Self is not just the pristine soul or spirit self, it is the true Self, all encompassing, all inclusive, whole You. Connecting with this Self is a process. There are many levels and layers to this process.
Today we are delving into the layer and process called inclusion and exclusion.
Where are you right now in this process? Are you feeling inclusive or are you feeling exclusive?
Are you wanting to go out into the world and connect and discover and grow through connections with others? Or are you feeling a need to disconnect from the outer world and find connection within? Where you are with this process may change throughout the day. Be aware, be conscious and be willing to give in to where you are throughout the day.
Be honest with your needs and desires right now. Inclusiveness is not better than exclusiveness, just a different form of relating or connecting. Honoring what you are feeling today (and with a conscious awareness all day long) will assist you in finding your way into your Self, and giving in to your true needs.
The second part of this process or helpful hint for the week, is to consider being inclusive with yourself. Always. Always include all of yourself in all of your life! You may think that you already do so, or that this is too hard, or that you don't know what that means, but in truth, many of us often operate unconsciously and through old conditioning when it really, truly, honestly comes to being inclusive with ourselves.
In order to know our Self more and to be inclusive, a serious look at how you hold yourself and hold life is in order! I call this Sacred Boundaries.
This topic of Sacred Boundaries will be further explored in Journaling to the Heart class and in Sacredly Inspired Living Class, (or in a private session). There is space for you, join in if you are called.
Sacred Boundaries are the boundaries we create individually that will assist us in our own real, true, honest deeply personal inner and outer transformation.
Sacred Boundaries help us to be inclusive with ourselves first and foremost, then open to the ONE-ness and connection available with others. Sacred Boundaries are created when we are willing to ask ourselves where we are in regards to inclusive or exclusive needs. Sacred Boundaries are supported when we then give to our Self whatever it is we need in regards to inclusive or exclusive.
Practice the art of asking yourself what you need this week in regards to being inclusive or exclusive. Your Self knows. Listen. Honor. Be Grateful.
Have a blessed week.
Mary
