The sweet spot

Last weeks message~

Hello Fellow Travelers,
This week, the month of September begins. We are in the midst of an ending and a beginning. We are in the sweet spot of both endings and beginnings. The completion of a season and the beginning of a new season. The completion of a month and the beginning of a new month. The completion of a week and the beginning of a new week.
What else in your life is in both a completion phase and a new beginning phase?
I am going to give you some Mama Mary wisdom here and forgive me (or not) for sounding pushy...as many of you know, I have many genuine persona's I may don when I am dispensing words of wisdom and inspirational messages to all of you, and one of these is this one coming through right now...pushy, to the point and loving all in one!
Do not be in such a rush to end something, however uncomfortable, or ready, you feel you are to end it, before it's time. Do not be in such a rush to begin something, however ready you think you are and willing and able to begin again. Do not be in such a rush to "be done" with anything. Do not be in such a rush to "begin again" with anything.
Think fine wine...or kimchi... good minestrone...or your own tender heart
Instead, just for today,  sink into the phase that exists between the ending and beginning. Pause and rest in this phase. It is usually fleeting, yet it holds the gold, the treasure~the often overlooked treasure of awareness.
There is a sacred awareness to be found as you wrap yourself in the moments that come alive in between the endings and the beginnings. This awareness may be the beauty of a passing season. The stunning beauty of the plants as they bare their last fruits of the season, golden brown taking over where the greenery flourished.
This awareness may be the goodbyes you feel arising as the long days and the sweltering heat gives way to the hints of late afternoon shadows and cooler mornings.
This awareness may be the lingering feelings of sadness, anger, regret or frustration with the ending of a relationship, a way of being, a home or a life.

This awareness may be the feelings of joy, elation, freedom and expansion because of the ending of a relationship, a way of being, a home or a life.
This awareness may be an awakening within you of what your true needs are at this time, as you say goodbye and hello, almost within the same breath. Perhaps you need to stop, wait for something to catch up to you, hug yourself, take yourself for a walk and appreciate yourself for what you have come through up until this point, in between the endng and beginning.
In all it's joys and sorrows. What are you needing now? In the phase between the ending and the beginning?
This awareness may be the anticipation of the beginning of a new season, filled with new promises, hope and enjoyable activities. This awareness may be the trepidation or fear you may feel with the inherent risk involved in beginning anything anew and the risk involved in leaving the old behind.
Spend some time in the space in between the endings and the beginnings. Savor what comes up to greet you, feel yourself wrapped in the loving embrace of unconditional love and give yourself permission to rest awhile in the space in between. Ask for your genuine needs to be presented to you, ask to be guided, held and nourished as you give yourself over to the sacred space in between the endings and the beginnings.
Imagine a big bottomless pot of minestrone soup simmering on the stove,  breath in the aroma, pour yourself a cup, sip in the goodness and BE in the space. Mama Mary is with you, in this space.
Have a blessed and lovely week.
