A moment in time!

Hello Fellow Travelers,
Onward we go! 
Connecting with our soul tribe is of utmost importance right now. Knowing that we are not alone, but are always held in the light of love is of the utmost importance right now. Spending time in quiet and loving introspection is of the utmost importance right now. Taking time to listen to the calling of our heart and soul and following through on what we hear is of the utmost importance right now.
All of this feels downright overwhelming at times!
I recommend that for this week ahead we all take time to simply be. Taking one step at a time and "doing" whatsoever is right in front of us. Everything we do in our lives can take on the sacred quality we internally yearn for when everything we do is seen in the light of love and when everything is seen as if it is "for us" rather than against us, "on our side" rather than on the side of something else.
Love is right in front of us, (within and all around). Insight, clarity, learning, growing, all of it, is already with us. All the events in our lives, from the mundane to the profound are really conspiracies of love, calling us back home to the understanding and knowing that all is well and there is a force greater than our fearful minds, at work.
This force is the force of our own hearts. Being in the force and acknowledging it as so, activates it. 
This week find the "all is well" place in your life. Wherever it is, find it! Find it in the moments, find it in the places, find it in your lovers arms, your childs smile, the grey spring skies or the first dandelion weeds. Find it in the bad news, the good news, and everything in between. Once you find it, stay in it. For a moment or longer.
This is where the new life is happening. In the moments of "all is well." The in-between moments is where all is well. Expand those moments. The have-to's shoulds, overwhelm, chaos and drama of life will wait, then loose its pull and then blissfully fall away.
Activate the force of love in the moments that are. 
Onward we go.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? Life is Messy I and II

Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
