Radical Recovery

Hello Dear Fellow Travelers, 
How do you rebuild a life that has been shattered by loss? How do you calm yourself after a storm of yet unheard of proportions? How do you walk upright after the storm's winds bent you to the ground?

These difficult questions are medicine for the process of radical recovery. These questions awaken the recovery of your inherent and deepest truth, knowing and healing. True and lasting radical recovery is on its way to you as you dare to ask these questions.
Know that you are held in love. 
Some choose not to ask any questions at all. Some choose to hide in the natural healing that will eventually take place; scar tissue forming around the heart and closing off access to both love and the soul's wisdom.
They too are held in love. 
Some will choose to ask and answer and apply the medicine in small and consistent steps. Some will choose to look within and actively engage in their own healing, seeing where the wounds caused by deep loss, travesties beyond comprehension, injustices of the heart, mind, body and soul, need  focused attention.
When the hard questions are asked, with the sincerity that comes in the darkest of times, that is when the soul wisdom is revealed. 
Some will then come to know that the only way to heal is to apply this medicine of the soul, which is the medicine of the ages, the medicine of the ancestors, the medicine that lives in the bones and the blood and holds the deepest power and knowing. Some will choose to unleash this unspeakable power within them. This is the power of Source and with this power unleashed, radical recovery happens, for the power now is speak-able, audible, awakened, activated and alive. You are the carrier of such power. 
This radical medicine can not be accessed without acceptance of the losses and challenges and circumstances that bring deep pain AND, this radical medicine can not be accessed without acknowledgment and acceptance of the source of life that lives within you, the acceptance of who you are and what you carry within. 
You are an ancient being of eternal light and love. You carry within you the medicine of the ages, perfectly suited for whatever challenges life has offered to you. Your soul has medicine uniquely for you. Ask the difficult questions, awaken and activate your answers, and be in radical recovery.
To honor your pain is to honor your wisdom. To honor your loss is to call out your soul's light. To honor the depth of your sorrow is to make medicine that will heal the deepest of human suffering. To be in radical recovery requires you to walk the path of the spiritual warrior, honoring, revering, respecting all of your experiences and following the light of your own soul wisdom. This wisdom guides you  in gathering the shattered pieces, taking your own hand and walking with compassion, upright, in honor, and respect for all of your life, and in honor and respect to all of life.
You are a spiritual warrior, a god or goddess of your own destiny and you have chosen to rebuild, cultivate deep calm, gaze upward with the light of your heart and the wisdom of your soul awake and gently urging you to stand tall, in your experiences.

I love and support you. I walk ...dance...skip and am...beside you. 
More questions, answers, and soul wisdom is sure to come, as your light reaches out to greet you and the shattered pieces of your heart come together in never before seen beauty.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? Life is Messy I and II

Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
