week of 11/25 Blessing

Dear Fellow Travelers,
You are a gift to me. This week's energy medicine update requires that while reading, you first take a few deep breaths, feel the energy within your heart chakra expand, settle for a moment in this expansive state and take in the gratitude.
Did you breathe? Feel the expansion of your Heart?

Thank you. Thank you for being wherever you are right now on your sacred path. Thank you for reading this blessing, and for trusting that you are indeed capable of receiving love.
Thank you for being a courageous human/spirit being. Thank you for daring to live one more day, in hopes of a better future. Thank you for wanting to help your fellow traveler. Thank you for the smiles you give, and the hugs too.

Thank you for both the small and mighty passions that are alive within you. Thank you for the expressions of the small and mighty passions. Thank you for crying with me, and laughing too.
Your spirit guides thank you. Your angelic helpers thank you. Your people thank you. Your soul thanks you. Your God thanks you. The collective thanks you. Breathe in this light of thank-yous. Mother Earth thanks you. The sun, moon, stars and planets thank you.
Breathe in the gratitude.
Life thanks you. This week we will have the opportunity to give thanks in many ways. Gatherings, and nourishment, and celebration, as well as the New Moon in Sagittarius. Please take time to really feel how truly thankful others are for you, as well as how you are for others. This is the healing balm for this week and the energy directive.
Within your expanded heart, may all beings who you touch, also be blessed.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
