Last Days of December Energy Medicine

Hello Fellow Travelers,

Energy Medicine Update for the last few days of December is here. It has been a bit difficult to wrangle in this energy. It has been difficult to sit still and listen, and that is exactly why this message needs to be heard. Here is why-

We are collectively ready to complete a cycle of self-doubt and low self-worth. Growth is cyclical. We all grow, bloom, shed and release, only to do it all over again. The completion of this last decade is a shedding of that which is not useful in the next process we are entering into.

We enter into this January 2020 with the Sun in Capricorn and the Moon eclipsing. What does this mean for us? We have the energy of the feminine and the masculine at play. The coming together, finally, of a new level of inner harmony and cooperation. In order for us to receive this energy, we create space. Big energy needs big space. Big space thrives in internal excavation.

This new energy converges at our heart centers, beckoning us inward to complete the past with consciousness and to be sure there is space. We are being given a time right now, to complete consciously with the difficult and challenging learning experiences we have lived through. They have more power to aid us than we realize. There are gems of the newly birthed belief systems, that we as a collective can now begin to live out.

It is true. We have been evolving internally and as a collective and the last decade has sped this process up exponentially. More love, more light, and an understanding of what that means.

We can never really say goodbye to our past experiences, but we can love ourselves enough to find the sparks of love and the gems of our experiences. We can transmute the painful, or confusing, by applying compassion and empathy. We can then brush ourselves off and continue our journey up the proverbial mountain, with a sturdy backpack full of all the wisdom we have gained. There is much wisdom. We need it to be nourished onward.

The mountain is now in front of us, on all of our paths. Another one. Each step we take up this mountain, along our path, we will be greeted. Our hearts and souls will greet us. The Essence of others will also greet us. Let us greet our Soul, get to know this power house that lives within and be guided by this eternal Source. Together.

The new energy of the month of January is here to assist us in coming to terms with the belief systems, and past experiences that found us in battle with ourselves.

2020 energy is here to assist you in finding new belief systems that more accurately reflect the truth of who you are. You are not here to earn the right to have a "good life". We all come here with the right to be here, to feel, to act, to love, to speak, to see and to know.

You do not have to prove yourself worthy of love, care, affection or life force energy. You are inherently loved and lovable and you are well-springs of life force energy. You do not have to hide your light in fear of rejection. You are here to express your light. You are perfect as you are. You are ultimately protected and guided more and more as you express your light. Your light is the essence of who you are.


Any and all belief systems that have us live in fear, doubt, guilt and shame are slowly dissipating. It is our duty and responsibility to ourselves to continue on this path where our hearts guide us home to the truth that we are love incarnate, and the ways in which we can practically apply the belief systems that support this truth, and be done with the ones who do not.

My hope, wish and blessing for you all is that you may walk your paths with as much ease and grace as possible. All that I offer to you through my writings, sessions, courses, classes, prayers, blessings, and energetic support each day, I offer you from the consciousness of my awakened heart to your heart.  I offer you who I truly Am and I see you as you truly Are.

Let's do this, and let's do this together this coming year.  In service to our collective Heart Awakenings, I am offering you my services as healer, teacher, counselor and guide. As we make room for this new cycle of the possibility of living as authentic beings, can't you feel the power? It is a cycle we have been waiting to be here for a very long time.

Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble.
