All Hallow's Eve Energy!!!

Dear Fellow Travelers,
An Energy Medicine Update for the potent blast of ancestral healing that is occurring at this time.

I have prepared a video for you below, (I tried to upload it many times. I will send it later today if I can) to guide you in connecting with your ancestors to receive a blessing and healing, and to send out your blessings and healing to those who have gone before.
For now, find time to honor your ancestors by creating an altar with photos or favorite items. Listen. They are speaking to us.
When we take time to honor those who have come before us, and made the way for us to have a life, we are shifting the dynamic of our present moment. We need to be doing this now. We are needing to honor the strength and fortitude, courage and sheer will that it took to live and survive and sometimes thrive, on this planet. Our lives have been made possible...by our ancestors.

And, we too will soon be ancestors. But until that time, we have work to do, we have love to give and share, beauty to behold, and create. We have children to raise, art to create, people to assist, cures to discover, votes, to vote, activism to attend to, love to make, and so much more. Our ancestors are counting on us.

They are with us and want us to know that they live on through us. They fought for times like these, when we can be the change and make the difference, be heard and counted. Do not give up.

Our ancestors are here to help us in so many ways, and as they come alive within our DNA, they heal, we heal and those who come after us heal.

Light a candle in honor of those who no longer walk this earth, yet are the one's who came before and made this journey possible. Breathe in love and breathe out forgiveness. Tell the stories that you have heard about your ancestors and feel their presence. You might hear new stories. That is your ancestor, sharing wisdom with you.

Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble.
