Hello Fellow Travelers,
I am feeling Spring! Are you? I am feeling the energy of the life force, that is so abundant during spring, flowing through my life. My mind, body and spirit feel like they are being activated and charged up with that which all of us so desperately need Divine Love.

The stuff we are made of, came from and return to. Divine Love.

How do we relate that to our physical life?

We allow our senses to guide us. Remember what it feels like to breathe deeply of the fragrant blossoms in spring. Remember and activate opportunities to do so today.

Remember and activate all of your senses. Pleasure calls to us, during this New Moon in Taurus. Pleasure is one of the reasons we incarnate. The pleasure of our senses beckons us to the experiences of life.

Pleasure does not mean that we ignore or numb that which is not pleasurable. Real, true, pleasure comes to greet us when we give way to all of our senses, and whatever we may be experiencing.

Truth is, when we give in to the depths of our senses, we are unconditionally guided through the deepest pain, grief and despair that is a real, true experience of life. We are taken to places within us that are beyond our imaginings. We are taken to living life as a once in a lifetime deal. We are taken to the heart expansion of feeling to heal, living to love and every place in between.

This new moon is a time to stop and burrow into your senses. Follow that which is pleasurable and do not stop when you meet the uncomfortable.

Labor pain gives way to life.
This new moon is new Life. It is the place in which you may rest, fully and completely because you have been real and true to yourself.

If you have not been real and true, keep going. Trust in your heart and soul. You are birthing a whole different version of yourself. You are birthing a real, true YOU.

This deepest and truest reason you decided to be born is to experience this life with all of you actively engaged. This is your soul purpose. The way to it, is through it.
I have your back and so does LIFE.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? Life is Messy I and II

Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
