What a week we have just lived through!
Energy sensitivities are surely on high. I have personally felt so very much shifting and churning. Gaia is shifting and shedding her skin.
Can you feel it?
Mother Earth is having an internal shift and we re feeling it on the outside. As we grow spiritually, awaken and become more masterful of our own destinies, so does the planet that we live on. It is time.
I have been awaiting this time. I feel it as a surge of energy, pushing us and bursting through with optimism and generous Love. It is possible for you to open to the optimism and generous Love that is on hand. It has always been on hand, yet it is so much more attainable now.
Human struggle gives way to the optimism, hope can be renewed and suffering has lessened a bit, and everywhere I turn, there are others who are speaking the language of Love, working for Love, and showing the ways of real Love. This greatly supports our personal internal journey and our heart expansive collective quest.
The Love I speak is of course, the unconditional Love. It is the inherent Love, the focus and the fuel for our bodies, minds and spirits.
This weeks energy will be another intense ride. Ground your bodies by being outside in nature as much as you can. Use the visualization of the Tree of Life. Visualize yourself as the Tree of Life, with roots running deep. As you do this, send healing love into the Earth's belly. Imagine this Love, spreading out far and wide. Then feel the Love being returned to you, and filling you up. See your crown chakra open and become branches full of light. Your light branches reach up to the heavens and call down the energy of Divine Love. Within you, the Love of Gaia and the Love of the Divine meet.
You are the connector. Your physical body is the divining rod and you are the channel.
This meditation can be done in a few minutes. It is the healing and calming balm for you, for Gaia and for our fellow beings.
Do not underestimate your power to be anchoring Love upon this planet at this time. Listen to the messages and participate in the miracles. Each time you honor your planetary home with this meditation, you are calling so much Love to you and for you. You are calling in so much Love to help all beings and for that, you are blessed. We do this because it is why we came here at this time.
