Summer Solstice 2022 Message

 

Hello Fellow Travelers, Another cycle has completed and another cycle is beginning. Such is the ways of life on Earth. Cycles upon cycles, continuously creating. Where are you in the midst of beginnings and endings, starting and finishing? Connecting with the Earth's cycles and rhythms helps to find our way, know what is needed, and can bring us into our own bodies (earth) to connect with its innate harmony. Spring has turned into Summer. Light is longer and stronger. Sun rises before 5:00am in my part of the world. The birds are so loud as they sing the praises of the rising sun, another day coming into being. As I turn into my inner world, I can almost miss the need to say goodbye to spring and its urge to push through winter's sloth and create again. Everywhere there is life and it is starting to flourish. The plant kingdom, the creepy crawlers...all my relations are scurrying to and fro. Seems like I waited so long for it to finally be spring and then summer and now we are in the middle of it, full speed. I don't know about you, my fellow travelers, but I need it to slow down. I need to savor the passing of time, the moments of beginnings, endings and every moment in between. It is where life IS. Our collective seems to want to speed through all things. On to the next. Our energies propelled into the future, and when this is so, we have no power in the present. We are fragmented, pulled and operating at half full at best. Is this how we navigate the changes? Is this how our bodies thrive? Calling ourselves back home into ourselves is the most courageous thing we can do. Connect with the subtle body of self and the subtle bodies of others in our immediate circles. Protect our subtle bodies. Clear and align with the wisdom of the Divine, the heartbeat of the Mother. This helps us and our collective people, all our relations. All beings included. We are in the completion and beginning of a cycle of great change. Within the cycle of the end of an era and the beginning of a new era, is the cycle of Summer. The cycle of this new season. Connect with your physical body. Protect your body. Rest, nourish and find moments of peace. Stop. Sit. Say goodbye to whatever is completing. Be complete with your completions. Say hello. Say yes. Meet the beginnings with reverence for all the completions. The fast pace is not stopping or letting up anytime soon. You may find your way, by finding your way back home to yourself. Right now. Today. That is enough. Tend to your subtle energy body. Tend to your emotional body, your mental body and your physical body. This is the ultimate soul purpose. It is the ultimate rebellion. Be in the changes of the season with reverence for all you have experienced. In this is great power.
