Dearest Fellow Travelers,

A call for assistance from all. In times of great change, there will be upheaval. You are not helpless, and together we are incredibly powerful.

When one of us is down with a challenge or tragedy and heavily burdened, we call on those of us who are able to transform, shift, hold, assist, support, protect, guide, channel and cast.

There was another act of violence and murder yesterday. It happened in the state I live in. It happened on land that has seen much violence, to people who have been victims of violence, in a world that seems to have gone mad with violence against their fellow travelers. It happened to us all. 

I am calling on any and all of you who are able to do so, please call in the Angels, the Reiki Energy, Gaia, The Net of Light, to assist you in being a grounding rod for healing. Whatever speaks to you and however you are called, please do so today.

If you are feeling helpless, fearful, sad, and thrown into another layer of grief, please take in the healing love that is radiating from the core of the Mother Earth, and down from the divine consciousness, above, below and on all sides. Be held, be strengthened and then ask that this be so for all beings.

You are indeed a potent energy and sometimes you need to fuel yourself, sometimes you need to be the fuel. Either way, always know there are always available waves and waves of energy that has one intention. Healing Love.

And with this intention alchemy is happening. In the alchemy, our prayers and blessings, our shouts and rage is all part of it.

This is both personal and collective. You are here to be the channel of justice and healing.

Thank you for being here with me, as we traverse the world that is so in need of your Light. Our Light. Our Sacred Circles, Our Healing, Our commitment to our own unfolding, Our Magic, Our Pain and Sorrow, Our Commitment to our own Healing. Our Spell Casting of Divine Healing Love to be the uprising and the strength. 

I am deeply honored and deeply thankful for our Circle of Healing that spreads far and wide. Take what you need from this circle and pass it on.

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? In retrograde, Mercury is standing still for a short spell, it is our cue to think before we speak, step back, or stand firm like bamboo. Think twice and then three times before acting or choosing. Life is Messy I and II

Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
