We may call it by many catchy soul stirring names and it is indeed an art, and you are the artist! There is no skill required, in fact skill may block you from accessing this most sacred form of healing. The only requirement is a willingness to break ground on a new adventure that is wanting to find its way up and out of your most deepest recesses. What does this all mean?  It is a potent time to turn within (New Moon) and just BE with your own inner knowing. BE in the dark of your internal, eternal self. BE in the place within you that is eternal (Soul) and BE in the fertile darkness of your spirit, where all IS and there is no past, no present and no future.  This is the place where I encourage you to spend some time over the next few days. Onward we go on this sacred journey, that has been created and inspired by yours truly, your Soul.  What is your Soul and what exactly has your soul created?  Your soul is the eternal part of you.
