Hello Fellow Travelers, Summer is coming. Summer brings sunshine, flowers, warmth, connection, outdoor activities, and did I say flowers? Summer brings a succession of days where there is less structure and more wild abandon. Summer brings the opportunity to grow a garden, and be a witness to nature's bounty. Summer brings out the grower and nurturer in me.  I am a free flow gardener, a sun worshiper and a summer lover. Summer Solstice is the day when we formally enter into the season. Hello Fellow Travelers,  A short note of inspiration for the end of the week.  My most sincere wish and blessing for you is that you find yourself in this field of peace, joy and comfort. This is the field where you are perfect exactly where you are, and as you are. It is in this field that your truest self can shine forth. May your truest self shine forth, without effort. May your truest self shine forth with instant and constant gratitude for the sheer joy of experiencing life in its precious moments of acceptance.  May this field surround you and uphold you, both within and without. Hello Fellow Travelers, Love is the healing balm. Love is also what takes us deeply into what ails us. Love is the way through when the way is so very dark indeed. Sometimes the only way through is to sit in the darkness and pray. Sitting in the darkness, gives way to the most potent form of self love that can ever be discovered. Sitting with self and giving space to whatsoever ails you, is deeply healing.  Sitting in the darkness used to seem so very scary to me. It does not at this time. What ails me has been brought about by love. Love shared, love exchanged, love given and love received. It is not to be in the same way anymore. I must find another way to love, be in love, receive love and share love with those who are no longer on Earth.  Sitting in the darkness, I pray that love find me. It always does. It reaches up and says. "I am here." Sitting in the darkness I pray that I know another way, more ways, to be love, to share love, to exchange love, to live ...

Hello Fellow Travelers, Blessings to you from the Heart of Gaia. Heart, as in one Giant opening heart! Gaia, as in the essence of the Earth as provider of all our needs, great resource-er and nourish-er of our bodies, minds and spirit. Heart of Gaia, is a reminder to all that it is through love that we heal, grow, and survive, beyond what we thought we could. Love that is freely given and expressed, gives way to more love, healing blessings and an experience of life that can lift us up beyond the ordinary. During this time, it is once again made clear to me that Love indeed lifts us up out of an ordinary experience of Life. Seeing, knowing and feeling into life as the deeply transformative journey that it is, allows us to open to the Love that is available in its many, many forms.
