Hello Fellow Travelers,
Blessings to you from the Heart of Gaia.

Heart, as in one Giant opening heart!
Gaia, as in the essence of the Earth as provider of all our needs, great resource-er and nourish-er of our bodies, minds and spirit.

Heart of Gaia, is a reminder to all that it is through love that we heal, grow, and survive, beyond what we thought we could. Love that is freely given and expressed, gives way to more love, healing blessings and an experience of life that can lift us up beyond the ordinary.

During this time, it is once again made clear to me that Love indeed lifts us up out of an ordinary experience of Life. Seeing, knowing and feeling into life as the deeply transformative journey that it is, allows us to open to the Love that is available in its many, many forms.

I find love, tender mercy and undeniable healing grace through the beauty and power of the Earth.
Nature unfolds each season into a new and constant message of Trust~ Trust that beyond what seems barren and empty, is actually new life being dreamed up, imagined, and sustained until it is time to come up into the light of a new day.

It is a new day, and a new week. What shall this week bring?

I hope it is love. I send out love and I receive your love, as symbol and sign that the new is everywhere. It is deep within the grief, it is found on the surface and in each new day.

Don't shy away from what life is bringing you. Instead, continue to look for and believe in the Love that is present. It is there and it is real.

In each passing day, may you find and root yourself in love. As nature does, as the Mother Earth provides...

Hello Fellow Travelers,  We have entered into a cycle of retrograde and this is always a good time to recharge and re-group. Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness. We all know this, yet sometimes we forget.  The energy leading up to the Mercury Retrograde in the cosmos asks us to better understand the archetype of Mercury. Who is this god and why does he get so much air time lately? How can we use this energy to benefit our lives? In retrograde, Mercury is standing still for a short spell, it is our cue to think before we speak, step back, or stand firm like bamboo. Think twice and then three times before acting or choosing. Life is Messy I and II

Last week's message was about the messiness of life, the ups, downs, ins and outs. The minute you think you got it figured out, life will indeed give you something else. There is a lot going on out in the world and we are inundated with it on a moment to moment basis. It seems messier this week than last. What to do? I suggest you delve in and see where it takes you. First of all, what is messy to you?  You all have your own definition and I would encourage you to find yours and work with it. Messy to me is the opposite of harmony and peace. It is feelings as well as experiences of unrest, unease, discord, disharmony, etc. It's when I or someone I love or care about is hurt, upset or in trouble. Messy is witnessing or being on the receiving end of cruelty in words or deeds. I have experienced my share of messy situations, as has everyone alive today.
