I'm calling you out!
Welcome to the month of December. The last month of the year 2014.
Another cycle in our modern world is coming to a close. One year ends and another starts, all amidst the chaos and busy-ness of a season of celebrations of various sorts depending upon your ancestry, religious beliefs, culture or place of residence. Our modern world has taken a cycle and placed a lot of hype and consumerism into it. The foundation and meaning of this time is often lost.
Yet, it does not have to be lost, instead the cycle of this time of year can truly be celebrated in a way that has meaning for you. I am here to remind you that you indeed have what it takes to make this month a pleasurable, easeful celebration of a cycle of life.
I will be sending out emails about twice a week now and will post inspirations and reminders on facebook during this season. My intention is to create a grounding place for you. A place you may turn to in order to remember the meaning and significance of your Essence at this time of year. A place to bring you back to your center and to your true riches and treasures!
I will be reminding you as well as myself of the power inherent in our Spirit (Essence, Soul, True Self) to create not only the life we desire, but the year, the season, the cycle, the day and the moment. It takes courage, focus and devotion to stay in tune with your Spirit! And it also takes joy, laughter, love, inspiration and celebration!
Our spirit loves and thrives in JOY. Our spirit loves and thrives in PEACE. Our spirit loves and thrives in...Fill in the blank.
You see, we get caught in the hype and chaos of this season, not because we are weak or preyed upon by greedy corporations, but because the season of love, giving, receiving, hope, new life,miracles, the return of the light, joy, gifts, peace and promise all speak to the deepest part of our beings~our Spirit and Essence and our Spirit longs to express itself and be known, to experience itself.
In order to REALLY experience our Essence or Spirit, rather than a rough facsimile it is most important that we embody these energies! Realize that they live within our very being and let them out.
Call them out. Which energy wouldd you like to play with embodying this season?
This season, this cycle, this month can be the month when we call out those energies and experience them in new and profound ways and it is my intention to provide you with words and opportunities in which to remind, inspire, uplight (sp?) and move you along in your quest for embodiment of your delightful, amazing, beautiful Spirit!
In closing I will leave you with your first reminder~ Pause. Before acting, re-acting, buying, crying, etc, take a moment and just breath. Take a breath, wait, hum a holiday tune, an OM, pray, dance a little. Anything. Wait. Pause. You are pregnant with the energy of the new you! Spirit in body. Pausing will be a lifesaver for you at this time. Pushing or forcing does not embodiment make...
A gentle pause. Use it lavishly and often.
