Hello Fellow Travelers,
Remain calm! Everything is happening within the constructs of spiritual time!
Everything is on time, the right time, divine timing and perfect time when you are aligned with spiritual time.
Spiritual time is within each and every one of us. It is the internal clock that we each come equipped with. It is the timing of our Essence, Spirit and True Self. It is without a doubt the most reliable time piece available.The timing of our Essence is never rushed or harried, it is never pushed, cajoled or out of sorts. It is calm, slow moving and not afraid to wait for our good to be delivered to us. It is also ready to act (when the time is right) and when the time is right we are able to take decisive, swift action. We are moved with certainty when aligned with our internal timing.
How do we align with our internal divine timing schedule and plan?
It takes persistent effort to align with our internal Essence and it's natural healthy, whole timing. Taking time each day to sit in quiet meditation, deep, slowed breathing, listening to the signals of our body, will assist you in connecting with your internal Essence's rhythm and cycle. Practice sitting in silence for ten minutes a day. Ask to be aligned with your true internal timing.
Listen. Wait. Listen some more. Feel. Honor what you feel. Take action only when moved to do so.
This simple method will connect you to your Essence and you will begin to feel your powerful spirit move. Remember that the timing of your Essence is different than the timing of  your ego. It is different than the timing of the culture, it is different than the timing of the outer world. 
Your ego's time clock runs on fear or lack. Your Essence's timing runs on bounty and love.
The culture's time clock runs on programs, schedules and structures that are created from groups of ego's. Your Essence's programs, schedules and structures are created in the highest love and are based in your true nature.
As you go about these next few weeks and the timing of your ego or culture starts to take over, remember to align with the timing of your Essence. You will find great relief when you do so. You will find that even though it may mean you say "no" to certain activities or that you spend extra time relaxing when there is so much to do, you will never regret this new spiritual practice. This practice will fill your life with bounty and love. This practice that will clear away any doubt about your future, for when you are truly operating in alignment with the timing of your Essence, all your good is brought to you and a new clarity and joy is found. You are then guided to the right action based on right timing. You are guided to the right choices based on the cycle and rhythm of your Essence. Minute by holy minute you are creating a life that runs on Spirit time. Your Spirit! And what could be more exciting and natural than that?
Imagine a world where everyone operates within the schedules, plans and timing of their Essence! Now that is heaven on earth.
I am here to remind you of all that you are! You are Divine.
May every thought I think, breath I take, movement I make, word I speak, be a blessing for all!

Giving ourselves time to replenish creates better flow, healing, clarity and awareness.
