Solstice Energies...Inspire and Activate!

Dear Fellow Travelers,

The Solstice is upon us. How can we use this change as a marker for our own internal and external change? If you have been around the sun as many times as I, you may agree that life is an ever changing, ever challenging, ever widening, experience of change.

Today the change is from one season to another, from one zodiac sign to another and if you so choose, you may use this day as a marker for change and a deeper awareness in your own personal life and in the global community as well.

First we take time to celebrate both the possibilities that lay in waiting for you and the blessings that already grace your life. Being in gratitude for all that you are and all that you have. Being in ceremony, gathering with others, or with your own lovely self, take some time to pay homage to the light that you are, the love that you have, the physical comforts, and all things big and small.

Gratitude is the attitude that will spin you in the direction of your truest self and help you see clearly the treasures and gifts that are you. 

Celebrating and marking the occasion gives rise to a power inside of you that creates a forward momentum in pursuit of how you can use this time of life in the best and highest good for you and all those in your life. 

Second, take a look around and see where your gifts are needed. Your gifts are pouring from you and need to be used. Your gifts are your service to life and when used, will fill you with a yet unknown and potent power to be an advocate for change. The world needs your own personal medicine. NOW. In whatever ways you are called. This is a healing time for each and every soul on this planet. It is a time to stay grounded and be the advocate for love in ways that you feel called. 

In my little corner of the world, my Journaling Goddesses gathered last evening, bringing together our own personal medicine of life and we created a prayer bundle to celebrate the abundance in each of our lives. Then we shared sacred space and spoke and wrote into this space, what we wish for, hope for and how we can use our own personal medicine in our very perfect way. Which is to be ourselves, be in gratitude and know that while we are not perfect, we are here, we are alive, we are awake and engaged. 

Create your own ceremony today, honoring the changes that are occurring, even if and especially when the changes are difficult and challenging. Being grateful for all things great and small will open you up to a profound magic that is always at play in life, the undercurrent of which pulls you into a direction that will help you see with the eyes of your heart.

Be awake to the answers, solutions, guidance, insight, direction, blessings and healing that are pouring in.

As the season changes, and the new is upon us, it is up to each one of us to be the change, the love and the light that our world so desperately needs right now, in this time.

Celebrate and then get to work. However you are called to do so. The world needs your gifts, for you, my fellow travelers have been blessed with an opportunity to travel around the sun, one more time.

Today we enter into the sign of Cancer, the 4th sign on the wheel. "Cancer is the Sacred Bond between Mother and Children, it is home, family and reverence for our ancestors and service to our descendants. It is emotional safety, security, and stability." 

Many of us live in the graces of this energy, have worked diligently to have this, have healed in it, seek it and are forever supporting it.

Many others are in desperate need of help, for they are experiencing the abuse of these energies and the abuses of the basic human and spiritual rights. Universal Law is being broken before our eyes. The Law of One, that we are all children of the Earth Mother, the Great Mother, and we all have a right to security, safety, and stability. The bond between mother and child is truly sacred. It is a power that defies all other and each human has experience of this, for we all come from a mother. Take this inherent power as one of your gifts at this time and use it wisely to do whatever you are called to do in support of your fellow travelers.

May you who have the opportunity to read this post, ponder it's messages, live in relative safety, and security, know the essence of the bond of mother and child, have reverence for your ancestors and know beyond doubt that how you live now is in direct service or disservice to your descendants and all life, may you be inspired today, to make ceremony, be grateful and commit to sharing your gifts. 

Solstice 2018- Celebrate, Be in Gratitude, look around, see where you are needed and get to work. Continue to hold yourselves in the One energy, fuel up as needed, take good self care and get back to work.
