Your essence, heart and soul is one of these lights. To honor a part of you is to pay homage, assuming in a positive way that there is an old soul that lives within you. Your Inner Wise Self is not necessarily your soul, but may be considered an aspect of your soul, or your eternal self.  Your Inner Wise Self loves silence and stillness. It exists within the layers of experiences that, no matter your age are alive within you. It will speak to you through the silence. There are layers of wisdom unraveling for you as you give space and room for silence, quiet and peace.  Wisdom is contained in between the words, and conversations you have with others. In the silence answers may be made clear, or the resolution may present itself. In the silence of your days, in between the noise, you can get to know your Inner Wise Self....

Hello Fellow Travelers, As I head into the time of year where stillness and quiet reign, I want to share with you with a prayer. It is not a prayer of words. It is more a place. To access it, see below. This prayer came to me to assist me through the darkest and most difficult of times. Approaching the time when one year ago, my youngest son was killed,  is indeed a time of would-be pain and sorrow and loss. I am taking this time for my own inner healing, I am completing my one year of bereavement and am entering into year two. The year of more Healing in LOVE.  I honor that the reason I grieve so hard is that I love so very deeply. In preparation of this coming time, I have been gifted a prayer.
