 Hello Fellow Travelers, The Sacred Art of Falling Apart...also  known as letting go, releasing, breaking open, breaking down or breaking free. We may call it by many catchy soul stirring names and it is indeed an art, and you are the artist! There is no skill required, in fact skill may block you from accessing this most sacred form of healing. The only requirement is a willingness to break ground on a new adventure that is wanting to find its way up and out of your most deepest recesses. Thus a falling apart, is necessary, for it is the letting go of that which hinders your connection to YOU.
